Hailing from Tuscany, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 75%, Cabernet Franc 5%, Sangiovese 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the homonym vineyard in the Chianti Classico area, between 350 and 400 meters above sea level in a rocky calcareous soil, faced to South-West. Vinification: destemming, pressing, separated alcoholic fermentations on the skins and malolactic fermentation in barriques. The wine is aged 16-18 months in new barriques and at least 12 in bottle. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
Tuscany is Italy's most celebrated wine region, home to legendary denominations like Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
