Hailing from Sicily, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Frappato 70%, Nero d'Avola 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot, Marl and sandstone flysch of Eocene origin. Vinification: maceration and fermentation with natural yeasts in concrete vats for 30 days with daily pumping over and punching. The wine is aged 6 months in steel. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
