Hailing from Sicily, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 11% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Frappato 70% e Nero d'Avola 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: maceration and fermentation with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks of 30 hl. for 30 days with daily pumping over and punching. The wine is aged 6 months in steel. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
