Produced in Liguria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pigato 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from selected grapes on the hills of Albenga on clayey and ferrous soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and contact with the skins for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation complete and batonnage. The wine is aged 12 months in big steel tanks.
