'Susucaru Rosato' Frank Cornelissen

This distinctive wine from Sicily embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. With 11.5% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Malvasia, Moscadella, Catarratto, Nerello Mascalese, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines cultivated in different districts of Etna, grown on the North side on volcanic field. Vinification: small contact with the skins for 10 days and fermentation with indigenous yeast. No additives and no filtrations. The wine is aged some months in fiberglass tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
