The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines cultivated in different districts of Etna, grown on the North side on volcanic field. Vinification: small contact with the skins for 10 days and fermentation with indigenous yeast. No additives and no filtrations. The wine is aged some months in fiberglass tanks.
