This exceptional Brindisi DOC showcases the authentic character of Puglia. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Susumaniello 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards sapling vines rooted on a silty soil at sea level. The harvest is late, in the beginning of October. Vinification: withering for 2-3 weeks, vinification in stainless steel with 16 days maceration. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique e other 12 in bottle. A wine showing the sun-drenched warmth typical of Puglia's Mediterranean climate.
