Syrah '870' Rosset

This Valle d'Aosta DOC captures the distinctive personality of Valle d'Aosta terroir. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Syrah 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on soils resulting from glacier discharge at 750 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in oak and amphora vats, with cold pre-fermentation maceration and and 20 days of post-fermentation maceration. The wine is aged a few months in barrique. A wine reflecting the extreme high-altitude terroir of the Valle d'Aosta.
