This exceptional Sicilia DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Syrah 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at 28°-30 for 8 days. The wine is aged 12 months in oak Slavonian casks of 60 hl and few months in bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
