This Sicilia DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Syrah 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in a clayey and calcareous soil. Organic farming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 8-10 days and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged some months in steel and concrete vats.
