Crafted from Syrah 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay and limestone soil at 350 metres of altitude with alberello and guyot method. Organic agricolture. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks and maceration on the skins for 2 weeks. The wine is aged 10 months in steel and 3 months in bottle.
