Crafted from Syrah 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on moraine and sandy soils. Vinification: manual harvesting, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
