The fruit is sourced from vineyards on mainly clayey soils with high presence of minerals and iron cultivated according biodynamic regime. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in contact with its skins for about 30 days without added yeasts. The wine is aged at least 7 months in amphorae.
