Syrah Mandrarossa

This Sicilia DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Syrah 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a sandy soil in Menfi Area, faced to South and South West. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 8-10 days. The wine is aged 3 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
