Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards up to 80 years old trained with Guyot and spurred cordon on clay and Galestro soils in the municipality of Fiesole. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with spontaneus yeasts in barrique with 6-8 manual daily pressing. The wine is aged 24 months in French oak barriques, new for 10%.
