The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hilly terrains between 350 and 450 mt a.s.l, 20 year-old vines cultivated with biodynamic certification. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous lees and maceration. The wine is aged at least 6 months on the lees in terracotta amphorae of 420 lt capacity.
