Crafted from Pinot Noir 70%, Chardonnay 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on sandy soils rich in gravel. Vinification: manual harvesting, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in barriques and re-fermentation in bottles according to the Classical Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees.
