Crafted from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot-trained vineyards on clayey and marly soils in the municipality of Mezzane di Sotto, at an altitude of 180 meters. Vinification: prolonged maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, with addition after a few months of the marcs of Amarone to fresh must for a second fermentation (technique of ripasso). The wine is aged 12 months in barriques and French oak tonneaux. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
