A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina and Corvinone 70%, Rondinella 30% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards on the hills on medium-textured soil of calcareous matrix in Marano, Fiumane, Negrar and San Pietro in Cariano. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature with first maceration on the skins in steel for 10 days and a second 3-day review on the pomace of Amarone and Recioto. The wine is aged 9 months in large oak barrels of 50 hl. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
