A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella Ripasso DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 60%, Corvinone 25%, Rondinella 10%, altre uve autoctone (Oseleta, Croatina, Pipiona) 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: 14 days of maceration on the skins, then a 10-day "refresher" on the pomace of Amarone. The wine is aged 12 months in barrels from 50hl, then another 6 months in small casks of 7hl. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
Veneto masterfully balances tradition and innovation, producing everything from powerful Amarone to crisp Soave.
