This exceptional Trentino DOC showcases the authentic character of Trentino. At 10% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Nosiola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Vinification: after the late harvest, the grapes are dried on racks and pressed during Holy Week, then fermented in steel and wood. The wine is aged 5 years in oak barrels and steel. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
