Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 9.5% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Malvasia del Chianti 90% Trebbiano Toscano 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Canneto Pavese, on land with a steep slope facing south-west. Vinification: drying of the grapes on racks for 80 days and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 72 months in chestnut and oak barrels from 50 to 200 liters capacity impregnating of "mother" wild yeasts. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
Tuscany is Italy's most celebrated wine region, home to legendary denominations like Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
