The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 40-50 years old cultivated according to alberello method at 100 metres of altitude on clay and limestone soils. Organic agriculture. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for 2 days. The wine is aged on the yeasts untill bottling. No filtration.
