This distinctive wine from Sicily embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Catarratto 80%, Grillo 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 40-50 years old cultivated according to alberello method at 100 metres of altitude on clay and limestone soils. Organic agriculture. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for 2 days. The wine is aged on the yeasts untill bottling. No filtration. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
