'Bianco di Cesare' Tiberi

This distinctive wine from Umbria embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its modest 11% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Grechetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards soils rich in skeleton at 350 metres of altitude. Vinification: crushed in an old manual press, skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation in an old oak barrel and bottled without filtering. The wine is aged few months in old oak barrels.
