Hailing from Umbria, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 15.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Sagrantino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines with south east exposure, on clay and limestone soil, at 360 metres of altitude, trained with Guyot system. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 3 months in steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle. A wine reflecting Umbria's hillside terroir at the heart of Italy.
