Produced in Sardinia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Cagnulari 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in soils rich in clay and limestone at 200 m above sea level. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks and, for a small percentage, in oak barrels. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
