This exceptional Cannonau di Sardegna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sardinia. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in soils rich in clay and limestone at 200 m above sea level. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks and in oak barrels. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
