A fine example of Sardinia winemaking, this Cannonau di Sardegna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system at 300-400 m above sea level in Sannio Beneventano area. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sardinia's Mediterranean character and maritime influence.
