The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system at 300-400 m above sea level in Sannio Beneventano area. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation using only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sardinia's Mediterranean character and maritime influence.
