A fine example of Sardinia winemaking, this Cannonau di Sardegna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25-year-old vines grown 90 meters above sea level on sandy/clay soils. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 14 days followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 18 months in tonneaux and 6 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
