Crafted from Cannonau di Mamoiada 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards bush-trained. Yields per hectare of 50 quintals. Grown organically. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 12-15 days. Unfiltered. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrel. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
