A fine example of Sardinia winemaking, this Cannonau di Sardegna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 15% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines grown at 600 meters above sea level, on average 55 years old. Vinification: maceration with delestage. The wine is aged in wooden barrels and concrete tanks. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
