Crafted from Cannonau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines about 20 years old grown at 180 meters above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation for 8-10 days with daily manual punching-down, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged about 8 months in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sardinia's Mediterranean character and maritime influence.
