A fine example of Sardinia winemaking, this Cannonau di Sardegna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Cannonau 95%, Tintillu 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on sandy and clayey soils with South exposure. Vinification: part in amphora macerated on the skins for 20-25 days and part in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged partly in second and third passage French oak barriques, partly in steel. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
