Crafted from Carignano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system in calcareous clayey soil at 250 metres above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing, maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tank at low temperature for 15-18 days. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in steel vats.
