Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards breeding on soils composed of volcanic sands, very rich in minerals. Vinification: maceration for 2-4 hours and fermentation for one part in steel and the other in wooden barrels. The wine is aged 5 months in barrique.
