Crafted from Fiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing and fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. The wine is aged few months on the lees in steel vats. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
