Produced in Sardinia, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Bovale Sardo and other red grape varieties, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: harvested by hand, spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no filtration. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
