This distinctive wine from Trentino embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 15.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Teroldego 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Pergola system in Mezzolombardo and Mezzolombardo and to Guyot system in Masetto vineyard. Vinification: drying for about 3 months, destemming and slow fermentation in steel tanks for 40 days and then in barriques. The wine is aged 20 months in barriques and at least 6 in bottle. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
