Hailing from Umbria, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Grechetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards extended for 5 hectares with south-west exposure, on sedimentary soils, with the presence of marine fossils, pebbles and calcareous agglomerations. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks for 20 days. The wine is aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine reflecting Umbria's hillside terroir at the heart of Italy.
