Produced in Umbria, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Trebbiano, Malvasia, Grechetto and Uva Pecora, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vineyards with 150 years plants on hilly soils. Vinification: alcoholic spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open vats, maceration on the skins for 2 days and bottling without adding sulphites. The wine is aged few months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Umbria's hillside terroir at the heart of Italy.
