Crafted from Lagrein 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the hills of Sorni and Pressano at 200-400 meters above sea level with a pergola system in Trentino on soils of sedimentary marl. Vinification: soft pressing, permanence for 3 hours on the skins and alcoholic fermentation in steel for 10 days. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks on the lees. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
