This Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Merlot 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards training with unilateral Guyot, high density, soils rich in marl of Eocene origin. Vinification: ripen grapes left to dry for 8 weeks. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. after a month of maceration, transfer to barrique. The wine is aged 18 months in oak barrels. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
