This Trentino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot and Pergola Trentina system at 580 m above sea level, faced to South and South-West, in Giovo and Meano. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5-6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
