Hailing from Sardinia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Bovale 75%, Carignano 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards clayey soils, well drained and exposed to the South for the Bovale and very calcareous soils with a clayey texture for the Carignano. Vinification: bovale fermented in amphora with maceration on the skins for about 35 days and Carignano in steel at a controlled temperature with only indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged at least 15 months in big barrels and tonneau and circa 3 months in the bottle. A wine capturing Sardinia's Mediterranean character and maritime influence.
