The fruit is sourced from vineyards 25 years old vines grown with guyot on clacareous soils at 270 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with skins maceration for 12 days. The wine is aged 14 months in barrique and 24 months in bottle.
