A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. Vinification: drying of the grapes for 8 weeks, destemming, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 25-30 days and malolactic fermentation in barriques. The wine is aged 18 months in French barriques and at least 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
