The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Canneto Pavese, on hillside vineyards, at an altitude of 240 m. asl., on clay-loam soils, poor in organic matter, manual harvest. Vinification: maceration for 4-8 days at 25°-28°C, with malolactic completely performed, then natural fermentation in the bottle. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique.
