This Oltrepò Pavese DOC captures the distinctive personality of Lombardy terroir. Its modest 6% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Croatina 75%, Barbera 15%, Ughetta di Canneto 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Canneto Pavese, on hillside vineyards, at an altitude of 240 m. asl., on clay-loam soils, poor in organic matter, manual harvest. Vinification: maceration for 4-8 days at 25°-28°C, with malolactic completely performed, then natural fermentation in the bottle. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique. A wine representing Lombardy's sophisticated winemaking style with precision and elegance.
