Schiava Elena Walch

A fine example of Trentino winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Schiava 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grown at medium altitude on limestone soils. Vinification: short maceration in contact with skins and slow fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is aged maturation in steel and large oak barrels. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
