This exceptional Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Schioppettino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards at least 25 years old, on marly-clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with contact with the skins for 8-10 days. The wine is aged 24 months in barrique, then 6 months in bottle. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
