This exceptional Teroldego Rotaliano DOC showcases the authentic character of Trentino. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Teroldego 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards very old vines with some centenary plants, grown on silty and gravelly-pebbly soil. Vinification: fermentation in uncovered 500-litre tonneaux with 20% stalks. The malolactic fermentation is carried out directly in barriques. The wine is aged 18 months in French and Palatinate oak barrels, lightly toasted.
