The fruit is sourced from vineyards sgarzon vineyard, in a sandy soil in Piana Rotaliana. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: delicate destemming without pressing, slow spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins in Spanish terracvotta jars called ‘tinajas’ for about 8 months. The wine is aged 2 months in concrete vats and 12 months in Spanish terracotta jarm with a cylindrical shape. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
